Oscar has been a deacon at First Missionary Baptist church for many years. He serves as church treasurer and oversees building and grounds. He has been married to his wife Florence for 63 years. They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Oscar enjoys spending tim ewith his wife and family.
